4. Click the down arrow button to display the list of options to sort by. Choose one of the options. The displayed results will be first sorted by the selected criterion and secondly by the score order.

Note that when you select the same Sort by option again, results will be displayed in the reversed order. The up or down arrow next to the sort option informs whether results are displayed in the ascending or descending order.

5. Return to XTM Editor and select a phrase in the target language. Right click it to open the context menu, select Concordance and click Concordance (Default) to look for that specific phrase in the target language of the translation memory.

6. The Concordance panel or window now found the word in the target text (because the phrase was selected in the target text in XTM Editor).

7. Click the window icon to change the display option from the panel docked at the bottom of the screen to the popup window or to open concordance in a new window.

8. Click the Settings icon on the left toolbar and click the Shortcuts tab in the displayed Settings window. This is where you can assign your own shortcut to open the concordance window, or search in the source or target text of the TM using concordance.

9. In order to use any of these shortcuts, select a word or phrase, then press the shortcut key or combination of keys. The same Concordance window or panel will display but it will search the source or target language depending on the function used (Concordance search in source language vs Concordance search in target language) with no regard to the column where the word or phrase was selected in XTM Editor.

The Concordance feature searched the source text though the phrase was selected in XTM Editor in the target text (because the shortcut for Concordance search in source language was used).
